Terms + Conditions
Refund, Cancellation & Appointment Policy
At Everybody Clinics, we are committed to providing a professional, safe and results-focused experience for every client. The following policies outline the terms relating to bookings, payments, cancellations, treatment results and promotions.
Client Information & Consent
Prior to receiving any treatment at Everybody Clinics, all clients are required to complete and sign a consent form confirming that they understand the treatment being performed and have disclosed all relevant medical information. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and
complete information regarding their medical history, medications and any relevant health conditions and must notify the clinic of any changes to their circumstances prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may impact treatment suitability and safety, and Everybody Clinics cannot be held responsible for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or inaccurate information provided by the client. If a change in medical circumstances occurs after a treatment or package has been purchased which prevents the client from proceeding with treatment, the clinic may offer an alternative suitable service or provide store credit for the unused portion. Refunds will not be issued due to changes in personal or medical circumstances unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Policy
Everybody Clinics does not offer refunds for services or products due to change of mind. This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, and where a product or service supplied by Everybody Clinics has a major problem as defined under consumer law, clients may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement or re-treatment.
Deposits & Booking Requirements
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment, and deposit amounts may vary depending on the treatment type or promotion being booked. Deposits are applied toward the cost of the treatment on the day of the appointment. Certain appointments such as consultations, promotions or special offers may have alternative booking conditions which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Where an appointment is rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be transferred to the new booking. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, the deposit may be forfeited. For prepaid treatments or packages, failure to provide the required notice may result in the treatment being redeemed or forfeited so that appointment availability can be managed fairly for all clients.
Late Arrivals
Clients are encouraged to arrive approximately 10-15 minutes prior to their appointment to ensure treatments can be performed safely and effectively. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid delays to other clients, and where a treatment cannot be performed due to late arrival, the appointment may be treated as a missed booking and the full treatment value or prepaid session may be redeemed.
Medical Advice
If you are uncertain whether a treatment is suitable for you, we recommend consulting with your GP or qualified healthcare provider before proceeding with treatment. Everybody Clinics provides aesthetic treatments but does not replace medical advice or diagnosis. If medical advice is sought after purchasing treatments and the treatment is no longer appropriate, unused services may be converted to store credit where applicable.
Treatment Results & Conditional Results Guarantee
Results from non-invasive treatments vary between individuals and may be influenced by factors such as lifestyle, genetics, metabolism, medical history and adherence to the recommended treatment plan. During consultation, our team will recommend a treatment plan based on your goals; however additional sessions or maintenance treatments may be required depending on individual response. Visible results may take up to 12 weeks to fully develop depending on the treatment performed. Unless a Conditional Results Guarantee is explicitly included in your treatment agreement and signed at the time of purchase, results from treatments at Everybody Clinics are not guaranteed. Where a Conditional Results Guarantee applies, eligibility requires strict adherence to the terms outlined in the treatment agreement, including completion of all recommended treatments and compliance with clinic protocols. Full details of the Conditional Results Guarantee can be found here:

Completion of Treatment Plan & Milestone Review
Non-invasive body sculpting and skin treatments are progressive procedures that typically require a series of sessions delivered within recommended timeframes. Treatment scheduling requirements vary depending on the treatment type and will be outlined in the client’s treatment plan. To accurately assess treatment outcomes, all treatments must be completed within the timeframe recommended by Everybody Clinics. A milestone review appointment is required approximately 12–14 weeks following the final treatment session to allow sufficient time for the body’s natural response to occur. Results cannot be accurately assessed prior to this timeframe, and assessments made earlier may not reflect the final outcome. Where a client does not complete the recommended treatment protocol, does not follow the advised treatment schedule or does not attend the milestone review within the appropriate timeframe, treatment outcomes may not be accurately evaluated. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Adverse Reactions
Everybody Clinics prioritises client safety and follows strict treatment protocols; however, as with any aesthetic procedure, adverse reactions may occur in rare circumstances. Clients acknowledge that potential risks, side effects and possible complications associated with treatments are explained within the consent form prior to treatment. If a concern or unexpected reaction occurs, the client must notify the clinic as soon as reasonably possible so that the situation can be assessed and appropriate guidance provided. Clients agree to provide any information reasonably requested by the clinic to assist in assessing the concern, including photographs, medical information or attendance at a follow-up appointment where required. Failure to notify the clinic promptly, follow recommended aftercare instructions or provide requested information may limit the clinic’s ability to assess or assist with the concern. Where a concern arises, Everybody Clinics must be given the opportunity to assess the outcome before any request for a refund or alternative remedy is considered. If a client chooses not to continue prepaid services for a specific treatment following a reaction, any remaining balance may be converted to store credit unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Promotions & Special Offers
Promotional offers may be available from time to time and are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Promotional pricing applies only during the advertised promotional period. Treatments must typically be paid in full during the promotional period to receive the advertised savings. Promotions are not transferable between clients. Treatment packages purchased under promotional pricing cannot be altered or divided between clients. Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. All promotions are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Treatment Packages
Treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Any unused treatments remaining after this period may expire. Packages are valid only at the clinic location where they were purchased and cannot be transferred between clinics without management approval. While Everybody Clinics will aim to accommodate requests for specific therapists, therapist availability cannot be guaranteed.
Operational or Technical Issues
On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances such as equipment malfunction, maintenance requirements or supply delays may require appointments to be rescheduled. If this occurs, the clinic will make every reasonable effort to minimise disruption and provide alternative appointment options. Refunds are not provided for delays caused by technical issues unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Everybody Clinics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where a therapist determines that a treatment may be unsuitable, unsafe or not in the client’s best interests. Treatment may also be declined where a client behaves in a manner that is inappropriate, unsafe, aggressive or disrespectful toward staff or other clients.
